Bookings and subscriptions
Prices shown in the app are confirmed by Deeper at the time of booking. Subscriptions renew on the schedule shown in the app until you cancel or pause them.
Access and availability
You are responsible for making the vehicle or premises accessible during the agreed window. If our team cannot access it, the visit may count as delivered.
Cancellation and postponement
You can cancel or postpone eligible visits from the app within the windows shown there.
Payments
All prices are in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and include VAT where applicable.
Complaints
If a service falls short, raise a complaint from the app within the complaint window and we will make it right.
